Indication

Centrally acting opioid analgesic indicated for the management of moderate to moderately severe acute and chronic pain when other analgesics are not appropriate.

Ingredients

• Tramadol Hydrochloride 50 mg

Direction

For oral use. As directed by the physician. Refer to package insert for dosage and other information.

Side effects

• Nausea
• vomiting
• constipation
• dry mouth
• drowsiness
• dizziness
• headache and sweating may occur.
• Less common: confusion
• mood changes
• palpitations or urinary retention.
• Serious effects (rare): seizures
• serotonin syndrome
• severe allergic reactions or respiratory depression.
• Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if breathing difficulty
• severe drowsiness
• seizure or signs of allergic reaction occur.

• do not drive or operate machinery while taking this medicine.
• Risk of dependence and addiction
• do not exceed the prescribed dose or duration.
• Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants while taking this medicine.
• Not recommended in pregnancy

• severe respiratory depression
• acute alcohol intoxication or in patients with a history of seizures unless directed by a doctor.
