Indication

Treatment of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dysmenorrhoea, and adjunctive therapy in familial adenomatous polyposis.

Ingredients

• Celecoxib

Direction

For osteoarthritis: 200 mg daily. For rheumatoid arthritis: 100 to 200 mg twice daily. For pain and dysmenorrhoea: initial dose of 400 mg followed by an additional 200 mg if needed. As prescribed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause dyspepsia
• abdominal pain
• diarrhoea
• headache
• dizziness
• or skin rash.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if severe allergic reactions
• gastrointestinal bleeding
• or cardiovascular symptoms occur.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if you have cardiovascular disease
• kidney or liver disease
• asthma
• peptic ulcer
• or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not use if you are allergic to sulfonamides or other NSAIDs.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
• allergic reaction
• chest pain
• or gastrointestinal bleeding occurs.
