Indication
- Urinary tract infections - Bronchitis and pneumonia - Otitis media (ear infection) - Typhoid fever - Pharyngitis and tonsillitis
Ingredients
- Cefixime
Direction
Dissolve the dispersible tablet in a small amount of water before administration. Usually taken once or twice daily, with or without food.
Side effects
- Diarrhea or loose stools
- Nausea and vomiting
- Abdominal pain
- Dizziness
- Headache
Precautions
- Allergic to cephalosporin antibiotics
- Cross
- sensitivity with penicillin allergy
- Adjust dose in renal impairment
- History of gastrointestinal disease
