Indication

- Dizziness
- upper respiratory tract infection
- back pain.
- Hyperkalemia
- hypotension.
- Stop the medicine and contact a doctor if swelling of face
- lips
- or throat occurs.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy (contraindicated in 2nd and 3rd trimester) or breastfeeding.
- Use with caution in renal impairment
- biliary obstructive disorders
- or hepatic insufficiency.
- Stop and seek medical advice if angioedema or severe hypotension occurs.
