Hi-Dine 10% (equivalent to 1% available iodine), 20 mL

Indication

Antiseptic solution for skin disinfection and treatment of minor cuts, abrasions, burns, and superficial wounds. Also used for pre- and post-operative skin preparation under medical guidance.

Ingredients

• Povidone
• iodine 10%

Direction

Apply a small amount of solution to the affected skin or wound area using a clean swab or directly from the nozzle. Allow to dry. Repeat 1-3 times daily as needed or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects

• May cause local skin irritation

• or rare allergic reactions including contact dermatitis. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or allergy develops.

Precautions

• External use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on deep or extensive wounds

• or in patients with known iodine hypersensitivity without medical advice. Use with caution during pregnancy
