Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the soft cuff (22-42 cm) on the upper arm at heart level and press the start button. The device automatically inflates the cuff and displays SYS, DIA and pulse on the LCD. Use the same arm and time of day for consistent readings. Refer to the user manual for full operating instructions.

Side effects
