Automatic upper-arm digital blood pressure monitor with PAD (Pulse Arrhythmia Detection) for home monitoring of systolic/diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate. Validated for users in good health and for those with conditions including pregnancy/pre-eclampsia, diabetes, renal disease and arrhythmia (per BIHS A/A protocol on the pack).

Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the soft cuff (22-42 cm) on the upper arm at heart level and press the start button. The device automatically inflates the cuff and displays SYS, DIA and pulse on the LCD. Use the same arm and time of day for consistent readings. Refer to the user manual for full operating instructions.
Side effects
- Cuff inflation may cause temporary arm numbness or mild discomfort. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any abnormal symptom occurs.
