Indication
Multivitamin and mineral supplement supporting mental and physical nourishment. Helps replenish B-group vitamins, vitamin C and minerals during periods of stress, fatigue, intense physical activity or convalescence.
Ingredients
- Vitamin C 500 mg
- Vitamin B1 15 mg
- Vitamin B2 15 mg
- Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 50 mg
- Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid) 23 mg
- Vitamin B6 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 10 mcg
- Biotin 150 mcg
- Folic acid 400 mcg
- Calcium 100 mg
- Magnesium 100 mg
- Zinc 10 mg
Direction
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink, once daily, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Side effects
- May cause yellow discoloration of urine due to riboflavin
- which is harmless.
- Mild gastrointestinal upset
- nausea
- or headache may occur in some individuals.
- Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unexpected reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- have kidney disease
- are on medication
- or are giving to children under 12 years.
