Indication

Multivitamin and mineral supplement supporting mental and physical nourishment. Helps replenish B-group vitamins, vitamin C and minerals during periods of stress, fatigue, intense physical activity or convalescence.

Direction

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink, once daily, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Side effects

• May cause yellow discoloration of urine due to riboflavin
• which is harmless.
• Mild gastrointestinal upset
• nausea
• or headache may occur in some individuals.
