• Hyperkalemia
• hypotension.
• Stop the medicine and contact a doctor if swelling of face
• lips
• or throat occurs.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy (contraindicated in 2nd and 3rd trimester) or breastfeeding.
• Use with caution in renal impairment
• biliary obstructive disorders
• or hepatic insufficiency.
• Stop and seek medical advice if angioedema or severe hypotension occurs.
