Indication

EasySure blood cholesterol test strips for in vitro diagnostic use only. Suitable for self-testing cholesterol level in fresh capillary whole blood with the EasySure meter. Box of 10 strips with code key.

Ingredients

• Cholesterol oxidase (>= 3.0 IU per strip)
• Non
• reactive ingredients (>= 2.1 mg per strip)

Direction

Insert a test strip into the EasySure meter following the user manual. Obtain a fresh capillary blood sample with a sterile lancet and apply to the strip. Read the cholesterol result on the meter display. Discard each test strip after a single use.

Side effects

• No known direct side effects from the test strips. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation

Precautions

• not for human consumption. Read enclosed instructions carefully before use. Store and transport in the capped vial between 4
• 30 degrees C. Keep away from sunlight and keep dry. Discard each strip after a single use. Properly dispose of used test strips. Consult a doctor or pharmacist to interpret results and if you experience symptoms related to abnormal cholesterol. Stop use if irritation occurs at the lancing site.
