Sit quietly for several minutes before measuring. Wrap the wide-range cuff (22-42 cm) on the upper arm at heart level and press the start button. MAM technology takes three readings and averages them automatically. Use the same arm and time of day for consistent readings. Refer to the user manual for full operating instructions.
