Indication

Sterile, single-use peripheral intravenous catheter for short-term venous access for the administration of fluids, drugs, and blood products in clinical settings.

Direction

For use by trained healthcare professionals only. Select an appropriate vein, prepare the skin aseptically, insert the catheter following standard IV cannulation technique, remove the introducer needle, secure the catheter, and connect to the IV line. Do not re-use. Do not re-insert metal needle into ETFE catheter — risk of venipuncture is unsuccessful.
