Indication

Supports bone density and bone strength in adults. Vitamin D supports calcium absorption and bone health. Vitamin K2 supports the transport of calcium to bones.

Ingredients

• Calcium (from Calcium carbonate)
• Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3)
• Menaquinone
• 7 (Vitamin K2)

Direction

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated when used as directed.
• Excessive intake may cause gastrointestinal upset or hypercalcaemia.
