Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Draw the wrist cuff over the wrist so it lies comfortably and not too tight; keep the wrist at the same height as the heart. Press the O/I button to start measurement; the device displays SYS, DIA and pulse on the LCD. Refer to the user manual for full operating instructions.

Side effects

• Cuff inflation may cause temporary wrist numbness or mild discomfort. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any abnormal symptom occurs.
