Indication

Prophylaxis and treatment of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial) in adults, adolescents, and children 2 years and older.

Ingredients

• Fluticasone Furoate

Direction

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: 2 sprays into each nostril once daily; reduce to 1 spray into each nostril once daily for maintenance once symptoms are controlled. Children 2 to 11 years: 1 spray into each nostril once daily, increasing to 2 sprays if symptoms are not adequately controlled. Shake well before use. Each actuation contains 27.5 micrograms of fluticasone furoate. Read the package leaflet before use.

Side effects

• Very common: epistaxis (nosebleed).
• Common: headache
• nasal ulceration.
• Uncommon: nasal discomfort
• dryness
• irritation
• throat irritation.
• Rare: hypersensitivity reactions including anaphylaxis
• angioedema
• rash
• and urticaria.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unexpected reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Controlled medicine
• use only as directed by your physician. It is dangerous to exceed the stated dose.
• Consult a doctor before use if you have hepatic impairment
• glaucoma
• cataracts
• untreated nasal infection
• recent nasal surgery
• or trauma.
• Long
• term use of intranasal corticosteroids may require monitoring of growth in children.
• Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus or infant
