Indication
- Vitamin B6 deficiency - Prevention of peripheral neuropathy - Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy - Sideroblastic anemia treatment - Premenstrual syndrome symptoms
Ingredients
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
Direction
Take orally, usually once daily with a meal or as directed by a physician. Swallow tablets whole with water.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Headache
- Tingling or numbness in extremities
- Somnolence (sleepiness)
Precautions
- Long
- term high doses cause neuropathy
- May reduce effectiveness of Levodopa
- Consult doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding
- Interaction with certain anticonvulsants
