Caltoux Dextromethorphan HBr 30 mg + Triprolidine HCl 2 mg per tablet

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of dry cough and irritative cough in adults.

Ingredients

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide
• Triprolidine Hydrochloride

Direction

Oral route. Adults (from 15 years old): 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours if needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets per day. Therapy duration should be short (limited to 5 days).

Side effects

• Possible drowsiness
• dry mouth
• dizziness
• or gastrointestinal discomfort. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs.

Precautions

• On prescription only. Follow the prescribed doses. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• or for children under 15. Avoid concomitant use with MAO inhibitors.
