Indication

Anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive treatment of conditions such as allergic disorders, severe asthma, rheumatic diseases, dermatological disorders, and other conditions responsive to corticosteroid therapy.

Ingredients

• Prednisolone

Direction

Oral route. The water-dispersible tablet may be dispersed in water before swallowing. Dosage according to physician's advice. Read the package insert carefully before use.

• increased appetite
• mood changes
• fluid retention
• raised blood pressure
• raised blood sugar
• increased risk of infection. Always ask a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop and seek advice if any severe symptoms occur.

Precautions

• Prescription only (Rx). Do not stop the treatment abruptly
• taper as advised by physician. Avoid contact with people with infectious diseases (chickenpox
• measles). Inform your doctor if you have diabetes

• infection
• or are pregnant/breastfeeding. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.
