Evra Norelgestromin 6 mg / Ethinylestradiol 600 mcg per patch

Indication

Contraception in women of reproductive age for whom hormonal contraception is appropriate.

Ingredients

• Norelgestromin
• Ethinylestradiol

Direction

Apply one patch once a week for three consecutive weeks (21 days). The fourth week is patch-free. See leaflet for placement instructions.

Side effects

• Always ask a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if any allergic reaction

• chest pain
• leg swelling
• visual disturbance
• or skin reaction at the application site occurs.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Not recommended in women over 35 years who smoke
• or with a history of thromboembolism
• severe hypertension
• certain cancers
• severe liver disease
