Indication

Single-dose treatment of common intestinal worm infections (ascariasis, enterobiasis, ancylostomiasis, trichuriasis).

Ingredients

• Albendazole

Direction

Chew the tablet (strawberry flavour) and swallow with water. Usual adult and child (≥2 years) dose: one 400 mg tablet as a single dose, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• if any nausea
• abdominal pain
• headache
• or allergic reaction occurs
• stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
