Indication
Broad-spectrum antibiotic indicated for infections caused by susceptible organisms, including respiratory, urinary tract, and skin infections.
Ingredients
- Tetracycline hydrochloride
Direction
Oral route. Adult: 250-500 mg every 6 hours as directed by physician.
Side effects
- May cause gastrointestinal upset
- photosensitivity
- or allergic reactions. Seek medical advice if severe or persistent side effects occur.
Precautions
- Avoid in pregnancy
- breastfeeding
- and children under 8 years (risk of tooth discoloration). Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
