Beprosalic Ointment Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.064% w/w + Salicylic Acid 3% w/w

Indication

Topical treatment of hyperkeratotic and dry corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses such as psoriasis, chronic eczema, lichen simplex, ichthyosis, and other dermatoses where scaling and inflammation occur together.

Ingredients

• Betamethasone dipropionate
• Salicylic acid

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected area as directed by a doctor or pharmacist, usually twice daily. For external use only.

Side effects

• May cause local skin irritation

• dryness
• folliculitis
• or skin atrophy with prolonged use. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Controlled medicine — for external use only. Do not use in or around the eyes. Avoid prolonged use on the face
