Histex Tab 10 mg

Indication

Anti-allergic agent for symptomatic treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis (sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal pruritus, ocular pruritus, tearing and redness of the eyes), and uncomplicated skin manifestations of chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Ingredients

• Cetirizine dihydrochloride

Direction

Oral route. Adult and children 12 years and older: 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily, depending on symptom severity. Renal/hepatic impairment: 5 mg once daily.

Side effects

• May cause drowsiness
• dry mouth
• headache
• or fatigue. Seek medical advice if severe or persistent side effects occur.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment
