Indication

Non-iodized salt for nasal rinse. Used to cleanse the nasal cavity, helping to clear mucus, allergens and irritants. Suitable for daily nasal hygiene and to support nasal health during cold, allergy or sinus conditions.

Direction

Dissolve 1 sachet in 250 mL of clean (distilled) water for an isotonic nasal rinse, or 2 sachets in 250 mL for a hypertonic rinse for congested noses. Use with a nasal rinse bottle. Always mix with clean water immediately before use.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Mild stinging or burning sensation in the nose may occur. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation persists or any unexpected reaction develops.
