Indication
Used to help improve and lighten the appearance of new and old scars including hypertrophic scars and keloids resulting from surgery, injuries, burns, and other skin trauma.
Ingredients
- Medical silica gel (silicone gel)
Direction
Clean and dry the scar area before use. Cut a piece of the silicone gel sheet to fit the scar, then apply with the adhesive side directly onto the skin. Wear for at least 12 hours per day for best results. The sheet is washable and reusable; rinse gently with water and pat dry between uses. Continue use for at least 2-3 months.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. Mild itching
- redness
- or skin irritation may occasionally occur. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction develops.
Precautions
- Do not apply on open wounds
- infected
- or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation
- rash
- or discomfort occurs. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have sensitive skin
