Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the wrist cuff (13.5-21.5 cm / 5.3-8.5") around the bare wrist with the display facing you, position the wrist at heart level following on-screen guidance, then press START. Record results and consult a doctor for interpretation. Follow the full user manual that accompanies the device.
