Indication

Sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution for external use. Used to rinse the eyes, nose, wounds, and mucous membranes. Not for injection.

Ingredients

• Sodium chloride 0.9%

Direction

Use to rinse the affected area as needed. For nasal use, instill several drops in each nostril and blow gently. Do not inject.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. May rarely cause mild local irritation. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation persists.

Precautions

• For external use only. Do not inject. Do not use if the solution is discoloured or the seal is broken. Use within a short time after opening. Discontinue use if irritation develops
