Indication
Nutritional supplement specifically formulated for women before conception, during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Provides 400 mcg folic acid and a careful balance of 16 vitamins and minerals to support the increased nutritional needs of mother and baby.

- B vitamins
Direction
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. Some women may experience mild gastrointestinal upset. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Do not take if allergic to soya. Contains iron β harmful in excess to young children
