Indication

Direction
One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. Some women may experience mild gastrointestinal upset. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs.

- Do not take if allergic to soya. Contains iron — harmful in excess to young children
