Indication

Cold therapy for muscle aches, sprains, bruises, swelling, and minor injuries. Hot therapy for muscle tension and soothing heat.

Ingredients

Direction

For cold: store in freezer; apply via cloth, 20 minutes on / 20 minutes off. For hot: warm per package instructions and apply with cloth barrier.

Side effects

Skin irritation or burn if applied too long or too cold/hot. Discontinue and seek medical advice if reactions occur.
