Indication

Dietary fibre supplement to support bowel regularity and relieve occasional constipation.

Ingredients

• Oligosaccharide
• Apple Powder
• Fruits and Vegetables Powder
• Wheat Fibre
• Oat Bran
• Oil Palm Fibre
• Lemon Powder Flavour

Direction

Take 1 sachet 15 minutes before meal, once or twice daily. Mix the contents in a plastic tumbler with 150 mL of plain water, shake well, and consume immediately. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Side effects

• May cause minor bloating or flatulence. Discontinue and seek medical advice if severe reactions occur.
