Gynita Sylium Fibre 3.7 g psyllium per 4.3 g sachet

Indication

Traditional preparation used to relieve constipation and regulate bowel movement; increases dietary fibre intake.

Ingredients

• Semen Plantago ovata (Psyllium husk)

Direction

Adults: 1-2 sachets once daily. Children 6-12: 1/2 sachet once daily. Children 1-6: under medical advice only. Mix in 150 mL of cold water and drink immediately.

Side effects

• May cause minor bloating and flatulence. Discontinue and seek medical advice if severe reactions occur.

Precautions

• Not recommended for phenylketonurics. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
