- Fatigue and physical weakness
- Increased blood potassium levels
- Back or leg pain
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Monitor blood potassium levels regularly
- Risk of hypotension in dehydrated patients
- Caution in patients with renal impairment
- Avoid use with potassium
- sparing diuretics
