Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Diabetic nephropathy - Reduction of stroke risk - Heart failure management
Ingredients
- Losartan Potassium
Direction
Take orally once daily at the same time each day. It may be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Hypotension
- Upper respiratory tract infection
- Hyperkalemia (high potassium)
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy
- Risk of fetal toxicity/death
- Monitor serum potassium levels
- Caution in renal impairment
- Potential for hypotension in volume
- depleted patients
