Indication
- Hypertension - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine Besylate
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily. Can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swollen ankles)
- Headache
- Flushing
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Severe aortic stenosis
- Symptomatic hypotension monitoring
- Interaction with CYP3A4 inhibitors
