Indication
- Hypertension - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina - Coronary artery disease
Ingredients
- Amlodipine (as besylate)
Direction
Take orally once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food. Dosage may be adjusted by a physician based on clinical response.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Dizziness
- Flushing
- Palpitations
- Fatigue
- Nausea
Precautions
- Severe liver impairment
- Aortic stenosis
- History of heart failure
- Risk of symptomatic hypotension
- Pregnancy and lactation monitoring
