Highfed 125 mg + 5 mg + 2.5 mg + 1 mg / 5 mL

Indication

Decongestant, vasoconstrictor, antihistamine for ENT use. Indicated for nasal congestion, clear nasal discharge, headache, and fever in adults and children over 12 months.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 125 mg / 5 mL
• Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg / 5 mL
• Triprolidine chlorhydrate 2.50 mg / 5 mL
• Chlorpheniramine maleate 1 mg / 5 mL

Direction

Adults (18+): 4 doses of 5 mL, 3 times per 24 hours. Children 10-18: 2 doses of 5 mL 3x/day. Children 6-10: 1 dose of 5 mL 3x/day. Children 30 months-6 years: 1 dose of 2.5 mL 3x/day. Children 12-30 months: 1 dose of 2.5 mL 2x/day.

Side effects

• May cause drowsiness
• tachycardia
• vomiting
• headache
• memory disturbance
• tremor
• dry mouth. Consult a doctor if adverse reactions occur.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor before use
• especially during pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• or for children under 12 months. Severe coronary insufficiency
• convulsions history contraindicated.
