Indication
Pediatric oral suspension antibiotic for treatment of bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, ear, urinary tract, and other susceptible infections.
Ingredients
- Cefixime 100 mg / 5 mL (after reconstitution)
Direction
Reconstitute with the supplied sterilised water for injections BP. Dose as prescribed by a doctor based on body weight. For pediatric use only.
Side effects
- May cause diarrhea
- nausea
- abdominal pain
- rash. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if adverse reactions occur.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor before use
- especially if there is a history of penicillin or cephalosporin allergy. Inform doctor of all other medications.
