Indication

Symptomatic relief of common cold, allergies, sneezing, rhinitis, urticaria pigmentosa, and allergic conditions in children. Combines paracetamol (analgesic/antipyretic), ambroxol (mucolytic), cetirizine (antihistamine), and phenylephrine (decongestant).

Ingredients

• Paracetamol
• Ambroxol hydrochloride
• Cetirizine hydrochloride
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride

Direction

Children 1 to 2 years: 1/2 to 1 tablet in the morning after meal and 1 tablet at night after meal. Children 3 to 6 years: 2 tablets in the morning after meal and 2 tablets at night after meal. Children 6 to 12 years: 1 tablet in the morning after meal, 1 tablet at noon after meal, and 1 tablet at dinner in evening. Maximum 3 doses per day. Dispersible tablet — may be dissolved in water before administration.

Side effects

• May include drowsiness
• dry mouth
• mild gastrointestinal discomfort
• and dizziness. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if the child experiences skin rash
• severe stomach pain
• rapid heartbeat
• agitation
• or any unusual reaction.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use with other paracetamol
• or phenylephrine
• containing products. Not recommended for children under 1 year. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child has liver impairment
• severe kidney impairment
• high blood pressure
• hyperthyroidism
• diabetes
• or known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Use under adult supervision.
