Indication

Reusable hot water bottle used to apply warm compress for muscle aches, menstrual cramps, abdominal pain, and to provide warmth.

Direction

Fill the bottle two-thirds full with hot (not boiling) water. Press out excess air and seal tightly with the stopper. Wrap in a cloth or cover before applying to skin. Do not use water hotter than 60 degrees Celsius.

Side effects
