Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Stroke risk reduction in hypertensive patients - Left ventricular hypertrophy management
Ingredients
- Losartan potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide
Direction
Take orally once daily, usually in the morning. It can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Upper respiratory infection
- Orthostatic hypotension
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy
- Monitor for electrolyte imbalance
- Risk of hypotension (low blood pressure)
- Use caution in kidney/liver impairment
