Indication
Treatment of inflammation, swelling, and pain associated with post-surgical conditions, dental procedures, trauma, sinusitis, and other inflammatory conditions. Combines an anti-inflammatory enzyme (serratopeptidase) with an NSAID (diclofenac potassium) and an analgesic (paracetamol).
Ingredients
- Serratopeptidase
- Diclofenac potassium
- Paracetamol
Direction
Adults: as prescribed by the physician. Usual dose 1 tablet two to three times a day, preferably with or after food. Swallow tablets whole with water. Read the leaflet carefully before use.
Side effects
- May include gastrointestinal discomfort
- dizziness
- headache
- skin rash
- and elevated liver enzymes. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately if you experience black/tarry stools
- severe stomach pain
- chest pain
- shortness of breath
- jaundice
- or signs of allergic reaction.
Precautions
- Prescription
- only medicine. Use under medical supervision. Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
- history of asthma or allergic reactions to NSAIDs
- active peptic ulcer/gastrointestinal bleeding
- severe liver/kidney/cardiac impairment
- third trimester of pregnancy
- or bleeding disorders.
