Indication

Treatment of inflammation, swelling, and pain associated with post-surgical conditions, dental procedures, trauma, sinusitis, and other inflammatory conditions. Combines an anti-inflammatory enzyme (serratopeptidase) with an NSAID (diclofenac potassium) and an analgesic (paracetamol).

Ingredients
  • Serratopeptidase
  • Diclofenac potassium
  • Paracetamol
Direction

Adults: as prescribed by the physician. Usual dose 1 tablet two to three times a day, preferably with or after food. Swallow tablets whole with water. Read the leaflet carefully before use.

Side effects
  • May include gastrointestinal discomfort
  • dizziness
  • headache
  • skin rash
  • and elevated liver enzymes. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately if you experience black/tarry stools
  • severe stomach pain
  • chest pain
  • shortness of breath
  • jaundice
  • or signs of allergic reaction.
Precautions
  • Prescription
  • only medicine. Use under medical supervision. Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients
  • history of asthma or allergic reactions to NSAIDs
  • active peptic ulcer/gastrointestinal bleeding
  • severe liver/kidney/cardiac impairment
  • third trimester of pregnancy
  • or bleeding disorders.
