Indication

Symptomatic relief of heartburn, gastric hyperacidity, indigestion, and gastro-oesophageal reflux. Oral suspension formulation.

Direction

Adults: 1 sachet 3 to 4 times a day, taken between meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Squeeze the contents of the sachet directly into the mouth. Do not exceed the recommended dose without medical advice.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. May occasionally cause mild constipation or diarrhoea. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or any unusual reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy

• or if you have kidney impairment. Antacids may reduce the absorption of other medications — separate doses by at least 1 to 2 hours.
