Indication

Temporarily relieves symptoms of cold and cough in children 6 years and over: runny nose, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, and cough. Nighttime bottle additionally helps with sleep due to its antihistamine.

Ingredients

• Brompheniramine maleate
• Dextromethorphan HBr
• Diphenhydramine HCl

Direction

Children 6 to under 12 years: 10 mL every 4 hours; adults and children 12 years and over: 20 mL every 4 hours. Children under 6 years: do not use. Do not take more than 6 doses in any 24-hour period. Measure only with the dosage cup provided.

Side effects

• May cause drowsiness or excitability in children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Ask a doctor before use if the child has a breathing problem or chronic cough. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child is taking sedatives or tranquilizers. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms get worse or last more than 7 days.
