Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Chronic stable angina - Vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina
Ingredients
- Amlodipine Besylate
Direction
Take 1 tablet orally once daily at the same time each day. May be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Flushing
- Palpitations
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Use cautiously in liver impairment
- Monitor for symptomatic hypotension
- Caution in patients with heart failure
- Risk of increased angina on initiation
