Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the cuff around the bare upper arm following the cuff wrapping guide, rest the arm at heart level, and press START/STOP. Record results and consult a doctor for interpretation.

Side effects

• Minor temporary arm discomfort during cuff inflation. Stop use and consult a doctor if persistent discomfort
