Sit quietly for a moment, place the arm cuff on the bare upper arm at heart level (palm up), press the on/off button, and start measurement. High pressure, low pressure, and pulse display after ~40 seconds.

Side effects

• Minor temporary arm discomfort during cuff inflation. Stop use and consult a doctor if persistent discomfort or numbness occurs.
