Indication

Liquid iron supplement with B-vitamins, zinc and other co-factors to help maintain health and vitality, and support normal red blood cell formation in iron deficiency.

Direction

Children (1-2 years): 1/2 teaspoonful twice daily. Children (3-12 years): 1 teaspoonful 2-3 times daily. Adults: 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily. During menstruation or pregnancy, 1-2 teaspoonfuls twice daily is recommended. Shake well before use.

Side effects
