Indication
- Essential hypertension - Stable coronary artery disease - Prevention of cardiac events
Ingredients
- Perindopril and Amlodipine
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal. Drink plenty of water and do not crush or chew the tablet.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Dry persistent cough
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Headache
- Palpitations
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy
- Risk of angioedema
- Monitor renal function and potassium
- Avoid if history of hypotension
