Indication
- Essential hypertension - Stable coronary artery disease - Prevention of cardiovascular events
Ingredients
- Perindopril and Amlodipine
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, preferably in the morning before a meal.
Side effects
- Dry persistent cough
- Peripheral edema (ankle swelling)
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Headache
- Fatigue or somnolence
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Risk of angioedema (swelling)
- Monitor kidney function and potassium
- Caution in patients with hypotension
