Indication
- Essential hypertension - Stable coronary artery disease
Ingredients
- Perindopril and Amlodipine
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily. It is best taken in the morning before a meal.
Side effects
- Ankle swelling (edema)
- Dry persistent cough
- Headache or dizziness
- Palpitations or flushing
- Fatigue or sleepiness
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy
- Risk of angioedema
- Monitor renal function and potassium
- Avoid if severely hypotensive
