Alsartan H 50 mg / 12.5 mg

Indication

Treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with losartan or hydrochlorothiazide alone.

Ingredients

• Losartan Potassium 50 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Direction

Usually one tablet daily, or as directed by a physician. By prescription only.

Side effects

• Possible side effects include dizziness
• headache
• fatigue
• electrolyte disturbances
• increased uric acid
• or photosensitivity. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if any unusual reaction occurs.

Precautions

• By prescription only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant
• breastfeeding
• have kidney or liver impairment
• gout
• diabetes
• or electrolyte imbalance.
